Order Questions

How do I track my order?

You should have received an email with the tracking. Please make sure to check your spam box if you have never received emails from me.

If you purchased an untracked sticker-only order I will not be able to provide more info once shipped. I will not be able to provide a refund or replacement.

If you purchased a pre-order item along with other products, the order will ship as one package.

What if my order is returned to sender?

If the address on the package is undeliverable or incorrect, the package is usually shipped back to me, however, this process can take a very long time (sometimes more than a month). If you would like the package to be redelivered, you are subject to pay for shipping again.

What if my order shows delivered but it's missing?

First, call USPS customer support ask for your local post office number. They will be able to provide the last GPS location of the package. Most of the time calling the local post office will resolve the issue immediately!

Second, file service request if the local post office cannot help. USPS is obligated to invest and respond with the latest information.

If USPS cannot find the package, you can submit a claim to get your money back!

What if I received broken/wrong item(s)?

If you received the wrong item, please send me an email at hello@bunnybunbakery.com with your order number and photos of the wrong item.

If you received a damaged item, please send me an email at hello@bunnybunbakery.com with your name, photos of the broken item and the packaging so I can work on sending an replacement!

Can I combine my orders?

If you purchased more than one order and would like to combine them, please email me at hello@bunnybunbakery.com with your order numbers.

Shipping overage will be refunded, the actual amount varies depending on the weight of the combined order.

When will my order ship?

If you have a pre-order item in your order along with other items, the whole order will ship together once the preorder items are available.

Orders are processed, packaged, and shipped around 3-5 business days with exceptions of holidays.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout, please enter your whole address for the most accurate amount!

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! I ship to all countries that USPS/UPS ship to. I reserve the right to cancel orders that would ship to regions I deem unshippable.

How do customs/duties/tariffs/VAT work?

As international regulations and VAT fees are ever changing and too complex for me to handle as a one-person shop, I will not be responsible for VAT / tax / tariff / other fee that may incur upon arrival of your order. This means that when you checkout, you will not be charged VAT / tax, however you will owe VAT / tax when the item arrives in your country, charged either by customs or the end courier.While my shipping service is available in more than 180 countries, please check here to see if your country is on the list to ensure successful delivery. 

What is the return/refund policy?

After orders are shipped out, items included are nonrefundable. I do not replace or refund lost untracked orders. If you have any problems or questions about your order, contact me immediately at hello@bunnybunbakery.com and I'll do my best to resolve any issues!

What if my shipping address is wrong?

Send me an email asap at hello@bunnybunbakery.com with your name, order number, and the accurate address.

If your order is undeliverable and returned due to providing an incorrect address, you'll need to pay the shipping fee again if you'd like to re-deliver to a new address.

Please double check that your name, mailing address, and email are correct during checkout. Once a package is out of my hands, I cannot change delivery options or destination.
